Regarding the jigsaw puzzle images...

Note #1:
The licenses from 123rf.com and istockphoto.com apply only to the original licensee (Jeff Weeks).  If anybody else ever wants to distribute the Torus Games, they'd need to either buy their own licenses from 123rf.com and istockphoto.com, or use different images.

Note #2:
The current licenses are valid only for free distribution.  If I ever sold the Torus Games for cash, or included advertising in the Torus Games, then I'd need a different kind of license.
